The Israeli climate presents great challenges for thermal insulation of roofs and buildings.
AHAB provides multiple solutions that enable better insulation of the building and therefore to significantly reduce its temperature.
In general, heating penetrates into buildings in one of the following options:
• Transportation – hot air is transported into the building
• Conduction – when one material touches the other
• Radiation – this is the most common option. Ultra-red radiation from the Sun heats the building top roof and its mantle. Without proper insulation this radiation penetrates through the roof and heats the building’s space.
For lightweight roofs, AHAB offer reflective insulation solutions that prevent from the Sun radiation to penetrate through the roof. These solutions are based on aluminum foils or a mixture of polyester and aluminum foil.
For flat roofs AHAB offers sealing based on foam polystyrene and XPS.
In addition, AHAB provides acoustic solutions for walls and roofs. Acoustic insulation, unlike thermal insulation, is based on mass. The greater the mass of the body, the better its insulation
